So I totally forgot to post this when I got it for my 40th. But here it is my first Tag, after at least 20 years of debating.

So some friends challenged me to join their 5k relay race about a month ago. The race is in around 5 weeks. I started training with coach to 5k app and after 5/6 walk run interval sessions, decided to have a crack at the full 5k this week. I’m 40m and have never ran before besides gym class in school.

Not sure where to go from here, any advice appreciated. Oh and ran a 10k (11.5k as forgot to start watch until half a lap round the park already) this morning but at a much lower pace as legs where cooled from gym and cycling this week.
