I’m not sure if this is the right sub, but I’m a real estate photographer and see all kinds of weird stuff in houses, but this still has me scratching my head. Why would anyone want 5 separate shower heads with their own temp controls and removable heads? The house was a larger 5-6 bedroom 4 1/2 bath residential house but had some odd vibes. I get two shower heads or maybeee even three but usually they are those larger rainfall shower heads in that scenario. Is this a polycule situation? lol just never seen anything like it

I’ve run for about 12 years and love it. However, I have a really bad problem with pronation (espescially on left foot), which leads to very severe shear friction blisters across the soles of my feet.

At least 5 times I have pretty much ripped the soles of my feet off and despite trying tape, it continues to happen.

I’ve bee able to run a 2:37 marathon and 15:39 5K, but this is really holding me back and is driving me mentally insane.

From research it seems that I should try low friction socks, and hefty amounts of Vaseline or another lubricant. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I have not seen anything as severe as this and I would really appreciate some help
