Right now, I'm currently a student but this whole middle class vs 4ps craze infuriates me, not because of them middle class nor 4ps people but because it should have been FILIPINO PEOPLE vs THIS CRAZY SYSTEM THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS CONTROLLING.
Here are some of the most popular comments that I've seen/received whenever I talk about discussions like these:
"OVERTAXED KAMI" - GOVERNMENT.
"MARAMING NASA 4PS NA DI NAMAN NAGTRATRABAHO AT DI NAMAN TALAGA DESERVING KASI DI GINAGAMIT NG TAMA" — Surprise, government parin.
"DAPAT YUNG MGA TAXPAYERS NALANG YUNG TALAGANG BUMOTO E" - Lahat naman tayo taxpayers since may 12% VAT sa lahat ng bilihin natin.
"WORKING CLASS KASI YUNG SINASABI NIYA" — Most of the people in the working class are also part of the informal sector.
"SAN NANGGAGALING PINAMBIBILI NIYO? SA AYUDA? — In this economy?
"SIGURO KASAMA KA SA MGA PROGAMA NA YAN" — Sige, i manifest natin yan.
Also the misconception that working means being part of the middle class is crazy. But sure, I'll accept that. I want my fam to be delusional that we're actually middle class and not a struggling Filipino family that the government won't support because they will use that money to get more votes from their fanatics and use these types of program loopholes/government issues to make other people take the blame for their own incompetence.
F them corrupt politicians, nepo babies living their lives at their fullest using our taxes and those crazy political fanatics.
