Long story short the screen on my Google pixel 8 broke. Screen went green then eventually shut off and went completely black. Went to T-Mobile to ask about repairs and all I was given was an insurance claim number. When I called I just kept getting redirected between T-Mobile and the insurance claim number multiple times! Then they’d try sending a code to the same phone I told them was broken. Not sure what to do at this point. Any advice or additional tips would be greatly appreciated!
