I have two questions about facebook monetization program and I would really appreciate your help.

Question 1: I have received this notification on my 750k account on Instagram, is this an invitation to Facebook monetization program? or is it just a default notification!

Question 2: Will you get paid for your instagram reels views once you join facebook content monetization program? or you will get paid only for your facebook views?
