Is there a folder where I can find all my posts? Please assist

I have been very busy in the last couple of days raising my verified skills from 29 to 44, with no project offer. I want to take another interview but the skills displayed are all in my verified skills. What will be the effect of taking the interview? In any case, I didn't take it. Why can't I get a direct offer?

In my just completed interview Zara gave me chance to explain myself in the early stages. However, getting to the end Zara became so impatient and couldn't allow me to think and answer. Did it happen because time was running out? How do the manual reviewers interpret Zaras impatience?

I noticed that the statuses of 5 of my old applications (30+ days) have changed from 'Did not Qualify' to 'Not Selected' in the last 24 hours. It amazes me because I always wondered why my default status after almost every interview was 'Did not Qualify'. Meanwhile, I have 26 vetted skills. I wonder when the decison was taken not to select me because I did not see any 'Satisfactory Interview' or 'Hiring Manager Reviewing' for those jobs. Are some selection decisions taken behind the scenes?
