I've always wanted to try cooking a brisket on my weber!
I would typically always use my treager for doing briskets, and long smokes. But recently it broke and so I decided it was a perfect time to finally try a Brisket on the Weber Kettle.
It was easier than I thought, fire and smoke management was much more enjoyable. Tossing coals and chunks of wood around. Managing temps was more time consuming but wasn't hard at all.
It made for a very enjoyable saturday of grilling and drinking. It had been almost 2 years since my last Brisket cook, feels good to be back!
