I’ve been hunting to foot the bill but can’t help but notice that these +xp cards are forever stuck at f4, see fujin blessings at the bottom. , and there’s three of them. Is this normal?

Finally, idk why but I felt it that he would drop to f3. Thanks vought tower for a happy ending! Immediately brought to fx.

Just pulled north to f3, then fusion ups to a comfortable position. Never used fusion ups on any other WL epic gear, but Tanuki never drops for me. He’s lost in the woods somewhere with Fujin.
