the problem is that I already forced the annexation of all the revolts, increased their stability by commands, and yet, they still collapse.
I manage to get millions of soldiers in the frontline, but I still struggle to push back against the Germans and then specially the internationale. I mostly use mobile warfare, and my divisions, are a combination of infantry, motorized, mechanized and tank divisions. I also, focus mostly on CAS and fighter planes.
