[TOMT] Looking for a music video from my childhood - all white room, likely from mid to late 2000s, think I seen on mtv or something similar

So from what I can recall there is an all white space where there is an all white room, and the room within that space has either white floor or checkered floors. The room has no roof or top and it’s like a camera view looking down where you see the white walls and looking into the room from the top. The video starts with a drum I believe and it’s just a boom boom boom kinda thing and the guy wearing all white who’s also a white male is walking around. Alright that’s the part I’m sure about but this last part not so much — so midway the video or towards the end there’s animals and people dancing or jumping I think. It’s not really a heavy metal kind of song but very unique maybe rock/pop/dance. It seemed kinda scary at the time when i was 8 years old but for some reason engraved a very specific core memory of watching this at my cousins house on their tv and it had to have been between 2006-2011/12 (live jn canada if that helps). That’s all i can really remember but have been searching for this music video for almost 10 years and I want to find it badly before I die. If anyone can find this it would mean so much to me, thanks!!!

Edit: There’s a song called The Drum & The Bass by Z-MC that has the closest scene to how the music video I remember looks. Thought that may help out!

Please me find a song from the 90s!

I have looked everywehre for this song, I have searched for years and I'm beginning to wonder if I just dreamt it but here goes:

A song from the 90s, in the style of Rednex (of Cotton Eye Joe fame), like country banjo eurodance mashup. The only lyrics I remember are:

"An eye for an eye/and a tooth for a tooth"

Edit: After those lyrics came like a "Diddley diddley diddley diddley diddley diddley dee" part. Very helpful, I know.

Does anyone know this song? Was it a dream?

Try to find the song I heard over 10 years ago

Try to find the song named "One of these days" (don't confuse with same name instrumental by Pink Floyd) . About 12 years ago I found it on YouTube, it had had cover art with sitting man in white clothes and sound pretty melancholic

Help my sister find a song she has been obsessing about for the past 2 days.

My sister recently listened to the song "Childhood Memories" on Spotify by Ophelia Wilde. She loved it but found out it was generated by AI. She prefers listening to real artists, so she has been obsessing over finding a song similar to it that is made by a real artist. She feels that it is quite similar to something she had heard previously and has been feeling like an idiot, as she has been unable to find it.

If anyone can find anything simmilar to it, please let me know. My sister will be in eternal debt to you.

so shallow song

hi! theres a song that plays on my overnight shifts on the dennys radio that for some reason shazam CAN NOT identify and looking up the lyrics does nothing. its so surreal because i hear this song every night im here sometimes multiple times but its like it doesnt exist. the chorus sounds almost exactly like Tyler Joseph of TOP but adding that to the search has done nothing so im not sure. anyway the chorus is something like

"oooh, howd you get so cooold, never thought id let you gooo (unsure if thats the lyric), howd you get so shallow, so shallooow". i also think he says something like "my golden globe" but looking up anything with that only brings up lady gaga. thanks in advance! been eating at me for nights now

Does this song ring any bells

The song is about a man and a woman having killed a little boy. I remembered that there was a line where they lamented that the boy's life was cit short. From my limited memory, it was from a film of some sort.

90s Alternative Song

There was a song that played on alternative radio stations I want to say around 1994 that had a female vocalist. I think their name had Indian in it. The lyric said, “When I look up to the sky… there are angels in the clouds.” I loved that song and I can’t figure out who it was.

Complete shot in the dark: literally any song from a CD I owned as a child

I'm not expecting any of this to be found since I've come up empty handed every time I search but I'm putting it out there anyway, since I've been searching for this CD for years now...

I used to have this CD I would listen to at bedtime as a child. It was basically a compilation of songs for kids, but I can't find any of them by searching online. I remember it being blue and the title being something like "bedtime music for boys" but I might be wrong because I've searched that multiple times and I've found nothing. However, I'm one of those people who can just absorb and retain song lyrics, so even a decade later I can still remember the first song on the disc. It was called Going Home and it went like this:

As I look into the summer sky
I see trees and clouds rolling by
And I wonder if from where they are
They can see me in my daddy's car

Going home, going home, there is nothing quite like going home...

But I swear to god, no matter what combination of the lyrics I search i CANT FIND IT. The other tracks on the disc get fuzzier to remember the further they go in, but the second one I believe was about a star, and went something like:

Somewhere there's a star, a star that knows you well, a star that you can safely send your worries to
Up above the sky, twinkling way up high, it knows you're the same and so do I(? maybe- this is what my brain at 10 years old remembers)

And now I can't remember verses for the rest of the songs, there was one about a dolphin, one about "snow dreams" I believe? "Snow dreams, snow dreams, tell me yours too, and then I'll share them, share them with you"

I'm not expecting the entire CD to be found at all, but I'm listing the songs I remember anyway just in case. I think at the very least I'd like Going Home to be found since it's the most vivid. I miss that CD...

Oh, and I will mention it because it might be relevant: I'm British, and every song was very clearly British too. Not only do I remember the songs having our accent but most importantly of all, my mum would never let me consume American content as a child because she didn't want me developing an American accent 😂 anyway umm. Thank you for reading all of this I will accept any help

Can’t remember classic rock tune

Hi y’all! I am really struggling to remember a classic hard rock song and it’s really bothering me.

I do not know who it’s by, but it reminds me of
AC/DC - you shook me all night long,
KISS - I wanna rock and roll all nite, and
Whitesnake -Here I go again
Smashmouth/Monkees - I’m a believer

The melody is something like —- dun dun dun dun dun DUN

I think the most similar riff I can find is to the song Lump by Presidents of the United States, but the vibe of the song is not at all the same.

I also think somewhere in the chorus/during that riff it says “you’re ____ and ____” “you’re ____ and _____ “ Maybe sick and tired, or something and fire?

Here is the vocaraoo sorry it’s so terrible lol! Vocaroo

- I’m thinking it sounds most like this part of Rock and Roll all Nite -snippet

Any help would be so greatly appreciated!!!

Lost Duo from ~10 years ago! Please help

I am desperately looking for a duo that I listened to religiously ~10 years ago!

The group had a girl as a the “front woman”. She had very very long blonde hair and was a brilliant guitarist. Typically she’d play electric guitar over a bouncy, fun production underneath. She also had great, complex vocal trills and lines. She regularly would post to Instagram videos of her playing guitar. I am confident the other fella was a guy.

I do think she had some fan base as a soloist seperate from the group.

I can’t for the life of me remember the name of the band, or even hear the lyrics in my head. Rather I can just remember her and the sound of her guitar and vocals.

Please help me find them as I used to LOVE them, but changed from Spotify to YouTube and along the way I’ve lost them :(

[TOMT] 80’s sounding song, made more recently 2010/20’s

All I know is the chorus has the word Boy”boy” it’s sung by a female, in a drawn out melodic way. I heard a song by the band magic wands that reminded me of it, they have a similar sound, but I couldn’t find the song in their catalog.

Here is the song that reminded me of the song I am looking for:
