Help! I heard this once in 2006/7 and have never heard it again

It wasa parody song about creating a hit electronic dance song. No computerized voices. It was a person or 2 people. It started with a drum machine and at the end they left the drum machine running and walked out of the studio. There was a deep voice saying something like "I want your sex".

I heard it once on a local college radio station in 2006 or 2007. I've bern trying to find it since.

Need to find a song that seems to have been swept off of every platform.

I've been unable to find the song "WTF" by Kid Judo and Yunglex anywhere online. I see the link to the spotify song and the shazam, and even the album "THE BRADY BUNCH" by Kid Judo on which the song was originally on (which was taken down on spotify). Despite this, I seem to be completely unable to find the original audio. I used to listen to this song a lot back when it initially came out, and I for some reason decided that I wanted to hear it again recently. However, I can't find it on soundcloud, youtube, spotify, or any music archives? I also tried converting the song from spotify to an mp3 (since the link for the original song is still up) but the song ended up being some weird ethnic music. I'd really appreciate help finding the track!

Song about love and friendship

I’m searching for songs where the narrator is deeply attached to someone they can’t fully be with. Themes like: waiting and uncertainty, writing letters or thinking about them constantly, loving someone who is also your best friend but knowing it’s a kind of forbidden love, almost impossible to happen.

My GF and I bet that this song is just a few notes changed from a Robbie Williams song... Is there an acoustic version of "Feel"?

Not Roxanne?

Listening to the song "I'm the only one" by Melissa Etheridge and my partner said "this has the same drum beat as Roxanne"

I played "Roxanne" by The Police which does not have a similar beat at all and he says "oh that's not the song i was thinking of, but there's a song from that era that maybe has the name Roxanne in it, and i think it has a female singer too"

Now we're trying to find the song he was thinking of:

● 70s ish

● probably a female singer

● may or may not include the name Roxanne

● similar beat to "I'm the only one" by Melissa Etheridge

English Indie rock song, 90's to 2000's

I've been looking for this song on and off for ages now. The song sounds like a mix of Oasis and The Cure. It has a male English singer, and the lyrics are about a divorce or something. One of them I kinda remember was something like "When a car goes past, it could be you"

It did sound like a song that was pretty big. It wasn't any of the big British bands around that time (Oasis, The Stone Roses, Blur, Radiohead). The song was quite long, pushing about 5 minutes in length. Please help

anyways, it was like, "yeah, she just cut off her hands" and I'm pretty sure about that

I'm not actually sure if it's a song, but I think it is so yeah if it actually is please help me find it!!

by the way, that's the only thing I know about it. I don't know the voice that sings it, when it was made (obviously) and whatever

[TOMT] Help me find this 2000s song, male singer.

Have this song that I’ve been thinking of and need to know!!
I remember this song came up on a road trip probably from Spotify radio years ago.
It’s maybe 2005-2010, male singer. Vague idea is it’s punky pop rock, lyrics maybe about having a good summer and I’m pretty sure mentions LA or another sunny US place, maybe about driving somewhere?

It’s one of those songs you forget that exists until you hear it randomly. Very catchy chorus

It’s not Beverly Hills, but definitely on that vibe also kinda like One Tree hill and the OC Theme songs (that’s what sparked me to think about this song)

Please help!!

Help me find this piano piece(?) played at South Korean animal park

I was at an animal park in Jeju, South Korea in 2024, and right before closing they played this piano piece. It captured the atmosphere perfectly and I can't forget about it. Sadly I only have two short videos where the music is kinda audible in the background. I’ve tried Shazam, SoundHound, AI tools, and noise reduction but nothing worked.

If anyone recognizes it or has any clue (song, artist, composer, genre), please help. I’m desperate to hear it the full version of it

Help finding a song that I keep hearing at work

I currently work at Uniqlo and every now and then I hear this song come up and it's one of the few songs I actually like. I can't have my phone with me on the floor so I can't Shazam it.

t's killing me trying to figure out what the song is cause Googling the lyrics isn't giving me anything remotely close. It keeps giving me songs by Dido and it's not her at all.

The lead singer is male, and it has that 2010s emo/alternative/pop-punk kind of sound to it, kind of like Rocket to the Moon, All Time Low, or The Academy Is... . Rocket to the Moon probably has the most similar sound to this song but I don't think it's them.

The only lyrics I've been able to memorize is the beginning of the chorus that goes:

"You know it's true
When everything you need is sitting right next to you"

And the chorus ends with

"You're all I ever need and I can never live without you"

If anyone knows the song or can find the song, I'd really appreciate it!

Please help me find this song!

There is this song that I heard this morning. I will attempt to describe it in as much detail as possible, hoping it will ring a bell for someone.

The reason it is bothering me so much (besides wanting to listen to it ofc) is because it had this beautifully unique riff/melody I have heard before, but no more than 2 or 3 times in my life I’d say. I am honestly quite sure the riff/melody has been sampled.

80s (I am so certain, if I am wrong it would be early 90s) on the experimental, alt rock, synthy/new wave genre side of things. It was around 5-8 minutes. Melancholic and quite slow, likely a band, was in English, lead singer a male (UK/AUS/US) with a monotone voice, quite recognisable but I just can’t put my finger on it. Slower phrasing and sadder lyrics from what I can remember. I believe it opened with the riff/melody and finished with it, though I can be certain it carried throughout the entire song and chorus. I am so frustrated I can no longer remember the melody. I’m not educated on musical terminology, so forgive me for not using correct terms, but the riff/melody was in 3’s…if that makes sense? Like a ‘dun dunnnn dunn’, or an ‘up down up’.

WHAT I CAN REMEMBER is that towards the end of the song it repeated 2 or 3 times a long “baaaaaaaaabyyyy”. I believe it was only twice. It was in the last minute or 2 of the song. The “baaaaabbbbyyyyy” would last 3-7 seconds as a held note.

It wasn’t loud enough for me to distinctly hear the lyrics. For extra detail: it played at work, (I work in fashion), in a studio - either by a producer or photographer. I’m assuming it was on Spotify.

*ANOTHER DETAIL: I wasn’t able to have my phone so I asked someone to Shazam it and it wasn’t able to be Shazammed!!!

It is definitely a more niche song, otherwise a well known artist deep cut. I’d say I’m well versed in music, especially amongst those genres + 80s, and I have heard it before, perhaps as a sample. I could imagine in a Dean Blunt/babyfather type of way, God Hour sampling Physic TV - Just Drifting.

Here are the only songs I can think of anywhere close/or with faint similarities. The track still carried that experimental/80s/alt/rock sound to it, but it was a yearning man for sure. Again, I can only use my memory. Here are some examples:

The Boys Next Door - Shivers

Kino - “Спокойная ночь”

Australian Crawl - Reckless (Don’t Be So…)

The Stranglers - La Folie

The Blue Nile - The Downtown Lights

Television - Rhyme

Beat Rhythm Fashion - Turn of the Century

Dadamah - High Tension House

Spectrum - Undo the Taboo

Tarwater - The Watersample

Roxy Music - More Than This

*edited to link songs.

Looked everywhere for this song

At a cafe in Korea, I love the songs they are playing, sounds like all the same artist, but Shazam or any music finder app doesn’t work, and neither did searching up the lyrics. Any help would be great thanks!

Stupid video attached with the audio of one of the songs.

Name of song?

Update: My Maria by Brooks & Dunn!

It’s in my head and I tried singing it to Siri and Alexa but I don’t have enough to go on. The chorus goes “a-whee-heeee _______. A-whee-heee, ______ I love you”. Country/country rock. Similar vibe to Amie or Miami my Amy but more upbeat and “rock”.

This is probably an easy one, but I haven’t had luck finding it.

I heard this in Super Mario 64 youtube poops probably around 2010 (ahh good times). I think this is probably a song from a Zelda game.

Help, older pop song with robotic voice sample loop that repeats words that sound like “work work” pause “work work”

Solved: it was bluebird by electric light Orchestra. Sorry if I mislead with the synth comment. I knew quite in the right spot! Help! I have a voice sample from a song running through my head. Think the song had an 80-90s pop/synth feel. In a verse a male singer said singer something like “work” and then a robotic voice sample began to rhythmic repeat what sounded like “work work” pause “ work work”. Later in the song their is an instrumental bridge and the sample come back repeating “work work” pause “work work”. I’m not even positive the word being said is “work” But the rhythms is very obvious.
