Classic rock song from 60s-80s

PLEASE HELP! I’m desperately searching for a song I heard at work. It’s a 60s or 70s (i’m pretty sure) rock song that has an eerie outro that’s like 30 seconds of one single note over and over. it’s a high pitched electronic sounding note that fades into the end of the song. i’m not sure of the artist.

Please help me identify this song I heard at a club in Puerto Rico 😭

Hiii guys! I know this video footage is not the best, but does anyone know what song this is?? I tried Shazamming the song for about an hour.

Even if someone can pick out a few of the words/lyrics, that would help out too.

I heard it at a club in Puerto Rico and can’t get it out of my head :(

I am looking for a pop song that is sang by a woman that's low-tempo that sounds like it came out within the last 5 years.

I am able to make out the lyrics of

"putting my shades on" "driving down the highway" "facing a whole different reality" "Feeling so freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" "I'm just being meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee"

I have heard this song at work and I am familiar with these lyrics but I am unable to hear more during the usual commotion that happens and I have to focus on work.

I have tried this lots of times with Google but it is not effective and so I am turning towards reddit. It sounds like something that was made within the last 5 years.

Indie song mentioning the weather

I can’t find this song for the life of me and it’s driving me crazy.

It has a male singer with kind of a nasally whiny voice. I remember it being kind if slower maybe acoustic? I thought it was by the band Why? But I couldn’t find it in their catalog…

Lyrics I remember:

“… where I wanna beeeeee I could use some companyyyyy. I don’t know why you’re always asking about the weather… Can’t you see I’m just trying to keep my shit together”

Any ideas?

[TOMT] What song has the same opening riff as Short change hero by The heavy?

Its driving me crazy but I distinctly remember a song either the same opening guitar. I believe it starts with "on a dusty mesa" as the opening lyrics

Blood filled music video

This is 100% a longshot and I have little belief anyone will be able to find it from the details I remember but here goes...

I remember when I was younger, probably late 00s or early 10s watch a music video for a metal band playing in a room. Lying all around them were undressed women covered head to toe in 'blood'.

I believe the band was male fronted.

I cannot put a date on the release of the song/video and I cannot recall any lyrics but I've got a mental image of it and no matter how much I search or use AI tools I can't find it!

What is the song during the montage? Been looking for years

Does anyone know what the name of the song during the painting montage is? I've been looking for years and can't find it

The original poster, and anyone else that used as a reference to this video, has not posted the name anywhere (I'm kinda going mad over it)

Please help me out, I cannot figure out what song this is

One of my old friends sent me this mp3 file in 2023, just the few seconds of audio before it cut. I don’t talk to him anymore so I can’t just ask him what the song is, I don’t know who the dude rapping is either. I tried searching the lyrics and it gives a couple songs but they aren’t what I’m looking for.

Edit: Guap Tarantino - Top Of The List (ft. Playboi Carti)

I cant find this song and ive been looking for almost 10 years

It was a male/female duet love song from like the 50s or 60s where they were so in love, they were messing up the words.

Eg. Washing the curtains and closing the dishes

I have been looking so long and have had many a sleepless night over this damn song. Please find this stupid thing. I've tried to ignore the song but it always comes back to haunt me. Please.

“Picard” techno song

It’s some deep Detroit style techno.. maybe mid/late 90s..but kind of ambient. Had two songs I absolutely loved by them.

Picard is the only song title I remember but no type of search on YouTube/spotify is giving me any luck.

Can You Name this Tune?

Hi,

My friend used to play this tune when we lived together and I can't remember it but it was defo liquid. Released probably around 2012-2014

I can't find it. Maybe it's some obscure white label but it had a vocal on it that went.

Jooooooyyyyyyy and pain. Life, life goes ooonnnnnnn.

Now, many tunes share that as a title and there is and old tune joy and pain that has also been sampled and it's neither of those.

Anyone have any ideas?

this is a long shot.. instrumental song from around 2005-2007 ish

so like the title says this will be hard but MAYBE someone knows the song I'm talking about. I downloaded it from limewire around 2004-2007 (I assume it came out around that time but can't be sure), I was in my emo phase so it was probably a small emo type band. these were the days of MySpace, limewire and ipods.

the only things I remember:

  1. the song was an instrumental (if it had any words it had very few, but I believe it was fully instrumental)

  2. it starts with one instrument (I believe drums) and then adds a new instrument keeping a certain tune, and keeps adding a new instrument every time it loops until it all builds up into something I found very beautiful, then it starts taking an instrument away one at a time til it's only back to the drums and fades out

  3. something like 'sad summer" keeps coming to my mind. I don't know if that's the song name or band name, but I havent had any luck searching for it (except a band on SoundCloud but their first ep didn't come out until 2015)..i don't even know that I have the title correct or if it's something close.

(edit, from clarifying in comments) 4. the drums at the beginning were very simple, and sounded kind of like a marching type beat (think the beginning of Like Toy Soldiers by Eminem, but not the same, just that simple type of drum beat) 5. the song had a melancholy/emotional vibe. not upbeat, I can ALMOST hum the tune but shazaam has no idea what I'm talking about lol

also the band was probably VERY little known (not something like explosions in the sky). I have no idea how I even found it and it was the only song I had from them. it was the first time I began to appreciate instrumental songs at that age. thank you all for trying!!

I've been looking for this song for YEARS so if anyone figures it out I will be sooo excited

“Looking for a deep-cut rock song from late 60s/early 70s — lyric ‘if I lived a million years, I would still know you’”

Trying to track down a song I remember from FM radio (WOR-FM or WNEW-FM in NYC), probably late 1960s to early 1970s. I believe it was a one-hit wonder or a deep cut, not a major hit.

What I remember:

**•**	Lyric: “if I lived a million years, I would still know you” (or something very close to that)
**•**	Male vocalist
**•**	Mid-tempo, straightforward 4/4 rhythm
**•**	Bluesy feel, but gentle — not aggressive or heavy
**•**	Drums are not prominent in the mix
**•**	Soft electric guitar, or possibly acoustic

It’s not “(I’d) Wait a Million Years” by The Grass Roots — already ruled that one out. Def a bluesier vibe. Any help identifying it would be much appreciated! Been searching for … decades, literally. Thx!

Help me find this Janet Jackson song

I can’t for the life of me think what Janet Jackson song this is. I remember a group at my dance studio doing a Janet Jackson mix for a jazz dance and they used this song in the mix but idk what it is.. all I remember is the first 6 notes of the chorus are g3, c4, c4, g3, g3, c4 (I think) and I vaguely remember the lyrics being something like “last night a night like this” or “last love a love like this” (though I could be very wrong).. someone please help, it’s hurting my brain trying to figure it out.. I’ve been trying to figure out for months and can’t
