Song with a number as the title

Guys I can’t sleep for shit cause this song just came back to my mind but the problem is that I only know that either the title is a number or the singer says it in the song and no it’s not 505 cause i think it’s longer also it was famous on TikTok in the Covid era I think maybe even before but I don’t wanna get you off track also maybe it’s indie

I used to do judo as a kid — should I start over or keep my old rank?

I practiced judo from the age of 4 until I was around 10 years old, and I eventually reached blue belt.
I was actually pretty decent at it. I competed in tournaments, won some competitions, and generally did well. The thing is, I was never particularly motivated or passionate about judo. I mostly did it because I was supposed to, rather than because I really cared about it.
Now I’m 20 and I’ve been thinking about getting back into judo. I don’t really consider myself a blue belt anymore. Obviously, I was a child back then, and even though I remember a fair amount of the techniques, I’m extremely rusty from a technical standpoint. I’m also nowhere near as flexible as I used to be.
So I’m wondering how this normally works. Should I just start again as a white belt and basically pretend I’ve never done judo before? Or should I tell the coach that I used to be a blue belt, explain my situation, and let them decide where I should train?
I feel like technically I’m probably at a beginner level again, but I do have some muscle memory and I remember quite a few techniques.
What would you recommend?

What do you think?

I’ve been trying to buy some decent high waisted pants and tbh I have so many that I don’t know how they should fit anymore so I tried my luck with these one and they seem fine in my eyes

I’ve been worried about my hair for about a year and a half. I used to have really thick curls, but over time they started getting thinner to the point where I can see through them even when they’re dry. At the same time, I was dealing with a really bad itch and dandruff, which made everything more stressful.

About a month ago, I started using Nizoral after a friend suggested it and I did some research. I also read that it might have a mild DHT-blocking effect.

So far, the itching has improved, but I’ve noticed more shedding than usual after shampooing.

Is this similar to something like Minoxidil where shedding can happen at the beginning and you need to wait a few months to see results, or is this a sign that I should stop using it?
