If you think the fall from the top was big, you’re not suited to be a long term share investor.
So I have been in the gold game a while. I was curious about some info regarding gold chains/bracelet/necklace long term value.
I understand from what I’ve researched that you do lose a certain segment of your initial investment due to the actual time and effort expense that is spent crafting the jewelry itself. But since it’s gold and not diamonds it’s rather cheap in comparison.
And since it’s real gold, the melt value should still hold. Are there any other drawbacks to this type of gold investing?
