I can’t load into the game

I’m trying to play but I either get this happen over and over or if I join I get a few seconds to few minutes before I can’t pull out weapons, ride creatures or open anything and I stay in that state for a few minutes before crashing back to the load screen and I then get this can’t join loop again.
I’ve closing the server, restarting the PC hosting it, restarting the console, quitting out of the game and opening it back again and I’m still stuck in this loop.

Has anyone else been having issues where you just can’t do anything and then crash from the game?

I have a PC hosting while I play on Xbox and for the past few days I have been having an issue where either I can’t log on and I get a connection timeout message even though I can see the server running next to me, and or an issue where I get maybe a few minutes of being able to do stuff before out of nowhere I can’t access anything, pull out weapons ride or dismount creatures and this state will last for a bout 5 to 15 minutes before I get sent back to the Home Screen, it’s really starting to piss me off and I don’t know what is wrong or how to fix it because the ping isn’t that high. Is this my PC bugging out? My console, or internet or is it ark just deciding I can’t get my Dino’s back to base or have any amount of fun
