The FDA has no record of a nationwide estradiol patch shortage! Report on their tracker now!

The FDA doesn't even register the complete shortage of HRT Estradiol treatments like the Dotti patches. They have a database of drug shortages and nothing is listed!!! Please report, convince your health care provider to report, convince your friends in desperate need of these meds to report and REPOST! Click here to report your specitic brand and dosage by searching "estra". They even made the search tool almost impossible to use and the site is not formatted for iPhones... https://cdernextgenportal.fda.gov/publicportal/s/dsm-submission

Cover lifters

Anyone have a suggestion for a better mouse trap? I’m using the hydraulic cover lifters that came with my Swim Spa. It’s a struggle. I have the Spa on a slab that’s just a little bit bigger than my Swim Spa. I don’t know that I have the capability of bolting anything to the concrete. I certainly don’t want to bolt anything to the sides of the spa as it is made of plastic. What is everyone else doing? I looked at the rollaway covers, but to pay $3000 for a cover that lasts for three years is insane.

My ObGyn was really cutting edge but young enough that HRT wasn’t part of her curriculum due to the WHI study that “cancelled” HRT. I feel like she’s just guessing and isn’t well informed.

I went back to my midwife from 30 years ago… and she was great! Totally nixed the OB’s script and wrote a new one. Sadly she retired before the meds really kicked in. I’d like to be sure I’m on the right track but can’t find a new NP or OB that specializes in women’s health after babies. So frustrating. Suggestions in Albany/Latham?
