I am a 8 UTR (4.5/5 NTRP) at 17 years old. Yesterday I had my first round of this tennis tournament playing against a 6 UTR and genuinely couldn't get a single backhand in (flying up or not even close to net. I've been struggling with all week when it is usually still a solid shot for me eventhough my forehand is better. I still won the math 6-4 6-1 off of just good serves and forehands. Tonight is the second round against a 9 UTR and there is no way I am winning off of just forehands. I need help, any tips to get my backhand back for tonight.
