What would you do as a buyer?
I was new to a seller and purchased a summer dress that was described as linen. Right after that I was closing the app and accidentally swiped and bought another dress. I've never done that before and was horrified. They say they won't do cancellations, but were nice enough to do it anyway. At first they tried to tell me Whatnot won't allow it after the label is created (which it wasn't), but I read on Whatnot they can cancel up until the item ships. I wasn't pushing the issue because it was my mistake, but they did do the cancellation.
I received my "linen" dress and it's not linen. It's a very heavy polyester that feel like a tent. It's SO heavy and will be a horrible summer dress. I feel bad saying anything because they cancelled my accidental purchase.
