I’m hopefully doing my first stream soon but I have no idea how I can grow on whatnot does anyone have any advice?

I bought something off whatnot and the seller is preparing my package to ship after 12 days. I want my money back but they haven’t been active and I even request a cancellation (still nothing). What should I do? Does whatnot refund me after awhile? Does whatnot hold on to the money or the seller during this process

I have purchased from someone that starts with AMAZING that lies about retail value BADLY. Very sweet seller that you want to trust and like but those retail values are INFLATED. Also sent wrong items when I got a good deal. Insanity. Just starting blowing up but not to long away your giveaway was a piece of jewelry from the bubble gum machine.
I have received from another seller makeup that is over 25 years old folks. Yes, remember when Christie Brinkley was the model from Revlon? Like that old. And no response. Another seller that sells bundles of REVOLUTION and thinks we don’t know the cost. You are disappointed that we didn’t bid up for 4 Revolution lipglosses?
We also have the seller that points out that you got a steal so badly that it’s ridiculous. Then if you send a tip ….. “ omg that is not necessary “ .
People you have nice new sellers that you should buy a few items, see how they deliver it and decide possibly to help a newer kinder seller. Just a thought. Oh and let’s not forget the Banditz that throw your stuff that you spent 150 plus dollars on in a bag with no bubble wrap and oh well let’s just deal with how it arrives. No it’s not USPS it is your lack of caring about your buyer after the sale little girl. For those that want to write then why are you on whatnot, I’m on it for many reasons but these sellers old and new need to check themselves.

so I don’t know if this is an issue or not. I noticed that I had three sales on Whatnot all two different user names. When I printed out the shipping labels, I noticed that all three buyers were the same person with the same address and they have no previous reviews/purchases from anybody else that I can see. Is this something anybody has come across and should I be worried about anything?

I’ve been seeing a bunch of ads for this app to the point that I pettily downloaded it. I was going to take a gander only to find that I need an email to sign up. While I do have an email specifically for potential spam sign ups, I still like to mitigate what I can.

Looking through this reddit page, it all just seems to be filled with vents and complaints. I’ve seen only maybe like three good things total after 10 minutes of scrolling through.

Do yall recommend shopping around here? Because from the observer’s point of view, even Facebook marketplace looks happier and more satisfactory.

I’ve always had <1 day average ship time and a few days ago it changed to 1 day and now it’s 2 days. This isn’t accurate because I always ship same day (I usually do morning shows so I have time).
Why does whatnot do this? Is there any way I can fix it?

Does anyone else get frustrated with the timing of Elle's Buyer's Lux giveaways?
I enjoy watching her lives, but it seems like the biggest giveaway items are almost always held until around 3:00 a.m. Eastern. Last night, she advertised a Kelly bag all night, but didn't draw for it until then.
I understand she's trying to accommodate different time zones, but a lot of her viewers are on the East Coast and have work the next morning. It feels like those of us in Eastern time are at a disadvantage if we can't stay up until the middle of the night.
Has anyone else noticed this, or am I the only one who thinks the giveaway times should be rotated so everyone has a fair chance?

For me, the past few days, when a seller raids the shows have just been freezing on the last image and not loading into new shows. Doesnt matter who raids into what show cuz i can still enter the raided sellers show after manually backing out of old show. This eliminates me being blocked by the new seller as an option, ive also tried on multiple devices as well as pc and mobile. is this a new glitch? Anyone else experiencing this?

Just curious about who’re your fave whatnot sellers and what they sell.

I’m pretty big into the figures/blind boxes and so far, I haven’t had any bad interactions (knock on wood).

My list is based on sellers I’ve personally bought from multiple times, the prices are incredibly fair compared to retail and/or I’ve won from large wheels multiple times, fast shippers, and when I’ve communicated with sellers, they’ve all been responsive and accommodating.

Close to a month ago I hit a 1 of 1 and 2 cards /50 from a seller in a "player break"

Item was dropped off at the post office then seemingly never scanned again past that point. Seller refused to do anything until 2 weeks have passed but finally opened a missing mail claim for me when I basically messaged any social media platform I could find for them. Whatnot shows a refund request was opened and they'd step in by 7/9. Is that all I need to do for the high value card claim policy to take effect? I've read the policy about 10 times now but can't figure out where to file the claim for it if it is a separate spot? Also will I be refunded in credits? Thanks!
