Can anyone suggest any non scammy Pokémon sellers?

They have a ton of bad reviews. And a ton of good reviews. Made the mistake and ordered a bunch before receiving. It was all stale, sticky, and crusty. Myself and lot of others have reported this issue. Why are they still allowed to sell this garbage and be a premier shop?
