So I am trying to build a Saw films inspired deck with The Lord of Pain as the commander any suggestions?

So with the reality fracture set is it possible that we see characters who died alive from the alternate universe during things like the war of the spark, phyrexian invasion and other major story events due to different character thoughts and motives in that alternate reality not causing their deaths in the end. This was something I was thinking about with the story.
