HELP adding printer to profile
I have an HP Officejet 4630
I have the serial# but even when I input that, nothing shows up. Customer Service hung up on me.
Just trying to add my printer in the app so I can connect it to my wifi. When I try to connect to the wifi from the printer it gives an error message
“Unable to connect to network. Unsupported authentication or encryption type”.
I’ve hard reset the settings and still same message.
