Does anyone know if there is a group or forum for people who collect antique or vintage vacuum tubes? I don't, but one of the university surplus auction sites I follow appears to be auctioning off the collection of one of its EE professors (it's massive), and I feel bad that it appears to be getting very little attention. If there are people out there who appreciate that sort of thing, especially given their foundational involvement in the development of modern electronics, it'd sure be nice for them to go to a new home instead of end up binned. Feel free to pass the link on to whoever you think might be interested.
