Hi All!

I'm not new to the ps3 nor am i unfamiliar with all the kinks that come with owning it. After two dead ps3's, I recently decided to buy a third one. All seems well (for now), but pic related keeps happening whenever i try installing the most recent store update. The store ITSELF downloads just fine, along with other games and updates, which is the weird part.

Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the store, ive tried rebuilding the database twice, with no luck from either.

If it helps, I'm connected to the wifi hotspot on my phone, which is less than ideal but again other updates and purchased games download fine albiet slow.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated!
