PlayStation account suspended!!
I have been suspended by PlayStation, I guess for a $69.99 purchase back in May. I don’t know what year because they didn’t provide that info; they just said May, and it is now July. Also, if that was the case, you would think I’d get some emails regarding that purchase, but no! I checked, and there’s nothing from them.
Another thing as well: I know the PlayStation Store does not let you buy anything if you don’t have the funds in your account. That’s a fact, and I don’t have a credit card with them—I only use debit cards.
I have never had something like this happen to me, and it sucks. I’m so f\*\*\*\*\*\*g pissed off. I think they wrongfully suspended me, and it’s a f\*\*k up on their end, not mine. What’s really weird to me is that they waited all the way until July 4 to suspend my account. Damn near two whole months went by before they decided to suspend it.
Has anybody else been through something like this, whether it was your fault or theirs? This is weird to me because, again, they do not let you purchase anything without having funds in your account. Unlike Apple, for comparison, which allows you to do that. Also, I did check my bank transactions. There is a purchase for $69.99 in May, but it doesn’t show me being credited back that $69.99.
Any info would be great if anybody else has been through something like this with PlayStation.
