We are taking Eurostar Premier from Amsterdam to Paris in July. How early should we arrive? I understand there is no customs or security.

We have seats reserved on Eurostar Premier from Amsterdam to Paris. If there’s no room in the overhead racks for carry on luggage, is there space at the seats to keep the luggage? I want to avoid putting the luggage on the main luggage racks due to theft.
