Doing Better Than Expected

To start; I am/was SEDENTARY & obese. Just facts. Last June (mid June) I decided to start actually putting in effort & trying.
I just hit a million steps. In the past year. Over a month before I thought I’d be able to hit that goal.
Then I changed the dates & in the last month I’d walked over 250,000 steps of it.

When I began, my feet hated all the runners & socks I first tried, I had blisters that had blisters. I took the icy winter months OFF walking. But did do other exercises then, no walks though. I expected my feet to be jerks again at the start of March & I wasn’t fully wrong; but not as bad as last summer…

So if you’re new to this; it comes. And you don’t even realize it’s easier when it happens until you see certain numbers in your tracking apps. Good luck to us all; keep up your spirits. You’ve got this.
