Does anyone have any insights or knowledge of the new Harbour Homes neighborhood called Hillcrest in Kent? Looking to buy and know nothing about the area or builder (though I’m doing my research) so curious if anyone lives in one of their homes. The neighborhood seems really nice and I like the homes I’ve seen.
