Executive 2023: Good Deal?

Will have to drive an hour out for it but found a 2023 X7 i40 with Executive, Climate Comfort, and Parking Assistance. Skyscraper Grey Metallic exterior and upgraded Coffee Merino Leather with 22” wheels. The exact spec my wife wants. 40,016 miles (13,012 mi/yr) for $54k or OTD around $58K. Sitting for a little over a month.

Not a CPO, and the clean 1-owner Carfax is kind of sparse. No records of oil change until the dealership that got the car performed it. Should I be worried, especially with the big maintenance items at 50k mi like transfer case, front/rear differential, and transmission fluid?

Going to confirm with the dealership, but if the 4 yr/50k mi manufacturer warranty is still in place, would I be able to take it to a BMW dealership to get it serviced? Can and should I get an extended BMW warranty? Won’t be able to do a pre purchase inspection but will the original manufacturer warranty save me?

Hoping this car will last 3 future babies.

6/29 edit: Called BMW dealership that sold the car to first owner. In service is 3/15/23 and confirmed warranty is still active with option to extend.

Oil changes at 10k, 19.7k, 26.9k, 33k, and 38k. Brake fluid flush at 38.3k. Unaddressed open recall that will be taken care of at the BMW dealership.

Transferrable maintenance package that covers oil changes and air filters till 3/15/28 or 75k mi as well.
