Looking for advice on using clips from a film
I recently started a YouTube channel analysing films and in order to talk about them I need to use quite a lot of footage from each film. The first video I posted was flagged immediately, before I published it publicly, which I was expecting so I deleted it, altered it a bit, re uploaded and it was fine. The second video didn’t get flagged right away, but after a few days it did. So I had to delete it, losing the traction I had built (which wasn’t a lot, but still), then re upload it. My question is, is there a way to avoid getting flagged after it goes public? I don’t mind it getting flagged initially, cause that gives me time to alter it, but after its public is a problem. I see other channels doing it so I’m not sure how they get away with it!
Could I post it to a separate channel with no subs and wait for a few days to see if it gets flagged, and if it does then I know what to change for posting on the main channel?
