Tell me what I’m doing wrong here..

I was growing and each vid was doing better than the last then this new one isn’t getting impressions at all. Literally 204 impressions compared to 20k & 31k respectively on the others.

Any ideas? I understand it’s a different style of thumbnail but I thought the new was much better cause the ctr is like 12% atm with 56% finish retention so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

I was debating on editing out some of the gamba clips cause it’s a documentary style? Maybe the algo said no cause the gambling clips?

Would you watch a YouTuber with broken English over a perfect Robot voice ?

Hey everyone,

I’m planning to start a YouTube channel for the US audience, but I have a dilemma. My English is just average. I can communicate, but I speak slowly, have a strong accent, and sometimes struggle to find the right words.

I’m thinking about making a video talking about this exact struggle. Basically, using my real, broken English to show that a real human voice with a soul is better than a perfect but lifeless AI voice.

But I want to be realistic. As native speakers, would you find an imperfect accent and slow speech too annoying to watch? Or would you appreciate the honesty and authenticity over the flooded AI channels out there?

Be completely honest with me. Should I just use a high-quality AI voiceover to make it professional, or should I go with my real, broken voice?

Thanks for your feedback!

80 subscribers in 2 months with no fancy setup 🥹🤍 (ASMR)

I hit 80 subscribers today 🥹🤍

I know it’s a small number to some people, but I’m only around 2 months into creating content, and honestly this made me so happy.

My channel has been growing pretty slowly lately, and recent videos haven’t been getting many views, so reaching 80 today genuinely felt special to me.

I also don’t really have fancy resources — no mic, no camera setup, just a low-quality phone camera and trying to make the best content I can with what I have right now. Still learning, still improving, still showing up.

Slow growth can feel discouraging sometimes, but this milestone reminded me that progress is progress.

Can’t wait to reach 100 someday 🤍

How can my videos get more views? I post a quick video on Tiktok and YT Shorts and on YT Shorts they get 1k views but my vidoes don't. Im happy with my short views but I mainly switched to videos instead. Also any advice on how to get subscribers? I get less than 3 in a week or 2.

I try my best to upload since I work. I try to upload at least twice a week and im struggling with both views and subscribers. I have 11 videos the rest are YT shorts. I started posting YT shorts around February but later decided to do videos since i wasn't going to meet the requirements for YT shorts. My first video I uploaded got 250 views which is great for a first upload but after that they stay either less than 100 or 20. Im not mainly doing Youtube for me but any helpful advice would be great, thank you.

After years of trial and error, i finally found something that works for me, i got 550 subs

I've always wanted to do YouTube, but I was never able to get anywhere. After years of trial and self-doubt, I finally locked in and tried a different approach. It seems to be working for now. I hit 550 subs, and I'm extremely happy.

The most important thing this taught me: there's a lot more to making YouTube videos than I thought. There's still a lot of room for improvement, but I try to improve one thing at a time for each video I post.

If any of you are into cooking content, feel free to check my channel out!

HOLY!! Just last week, I was at 31 subscribes! This may not seem like much, but this is a HUGE milestone for me!

I also just hit my first 1k view video milestone. That's like... 1 thousand people who watched it!

Gotta keep grinding tho. 💪 Job not finished!
