im making a minecraft video, but i dont know where to start editing. i already have the footage

Becauae of school, i started drawing traditionally agaim, and ive improved so much. But now, i cant even draw a sketch on my phone, finger or with stylus. And when i get the urge to draw/animate something, and i inmediatly got bummed out.

I've been trying to do an arg, but I can't even begin to imagine the plot, how to do it, blahblahblah, how do you guys get inspiration and do it?
