Wanting to break free from the pellet-only smoking game, but I live in an apartment complex, so the system I use has to be electric run as it’s seen as “safer” we can’t even use Weber kettles or any other typical charcoal grills. Currently, I use a pellet smoker because it’s what is allowed in my apartments, but I recently found out that you can get an electric smoker that uses real wood, and I will be receiving a very large settlement within the next month. I want some suggestions for the highest-tier, best-quality electric smoker I can get that does not take wood pellets but real wood. Thanks!
