I’ve had this little skin colored bump under my eye close to my cheeks. There is no head and it is rarely ever inflamed unless i touch my skin and mess with it. I’ve had this for around 2 months now, I would not classify it as a pimple. I’m on accutane for a decent amount of time now and I would be thought by now if it was acne it would’ve purged it and brought it to the surface. I’m really tempted to take something and try to get out whatever is in there but I know that’s probably the not best idea. Any help, or suggestions would be appreciated!! I don’t see my derm till the absolute end of this month so I won’t be able to ask him anything. But in the meantime I thought maybe I could receive some help on here, thank you!!

Ive been on accutane for around two months and maybe 2 weeks. I started on 20 mg and around 2 weeks ago got bumped up to 60 ( one 20mg in the morning two 20mg at night) my treatment is for 4 months as well. For reference I am a 5’3 male weighing around 110 pounds. within the first two weeks my skin was fully clear, the most I’ve ever seen before. It stayed that way for a while until I just started breaking out a lot. In the pic is where it is the most prominent, it’s truly just on my cheeks and my jaw. Literally no where else. The breakouts won’t leave and always seem to come back no matter the spot treatment , pimple patch, ect… I was hoping I’d see a slight change since starting a new dose as I saw immediate results in the beginning, though it’s a little hard to have hope as it’s just stagnant if this is normal or is progressing to get better please provide me with some reassurance or clarity 💔it truly just feels like I’m not on any medication and dealing with the same old problems like I dealt with in the past.
