Best ‘Stratosphere Blues/I Believe in You’ from the last year, or so?
I saw 4 July shows and missed this gem live, save for Nugs.

‘Rough Boy' - 3/4 oz each of Peloton de la Muerten Mezcal, WT 101 Bourbon, Ancho Reyes Ancho chili liqueur, Mr. Black coffee liqueur and Cointreau.
Each ingredient is added to a shaker with ice and shaken up. Then I strained into a rocks glass with a big cube. Topped with 3 dashes of Fee’s tobacco bitters.
Two things I love in cocktails are independence from fruit/juice, and savory.
RIP Frank Beard, drummer for ZZ Top. I spent many sun-drenched hours with my headphones on, playing their album "Afterburner" on tape and wishing for more in life.
I read through all the previous posts and could not find a definitive answer on the best bar to watch matches. I think Boland‘s and Wormtown are the leading contenders. Has anyone had a different experience so far? What other places should we be talking about?

Drink and specs taken from the back of the Velvet Falernum bottle: Start with a bar cube in a rocks glass, then add 2 ounces aged\gold rum and 1/2 ounce Velvet Falernum. Stir. Add slice of lime as garnish.
I don’t have the rum that the bottle suggests so I started with the Appleton Estate Signature. The next one I made with Old Monk. Both rocked. Feel free to experiment with any rum you have lying around.
This is my first experience using Velvet Falernum at home and I gotta say it’s kind of mind blowing as an ingredient.
