Good Ol 97 Chevy K1500 with a 5.7 Vortec

Truck sat for the last 2 months. Fuel pump went out, and finally got to replacing it with a Delphi fuel pump.

Truck was my daily.
Always had a slighter leak and eventually grew over time.

I noticed White smoke coming out of exhaust while I last while I last drove it, and I also notice greenish coolant coming out of catalytic converter.
Coolant reservoir always taking in all the coolant.

Just did the oil change and it was really milky. Light brownish, looked like chocolate milk like they say!

Am I screwed? Blown head gasket?

Should I just overhaul it?
