Improving my run time
Hey guys, I’m am racing Hyrox Toronto in October. I am currently 12 weeks post partum and looking to improve my run time. I’m currently running a 8:00km pace comfortably and taking it easy on my pelvic floor. I feel like I’m starting from scratch right now.
My question is what do you think I can realistically shave off my run pace in the next 20 weeks.
