As a new customer I am a bit confused on the refill
Process. I choose Hallendale. I only purchased 1 month originally to see how it worked. I was a previous brand user of Zep. So I started at 12mg.
Last weekend I went in and placed a 3 month order.
Yesterday I got a message that since my first vial was shipped May 4, they can’t ship my next vial until June 1? Isn’t that cutting it a bit close for running out? Also I advised them I ordered when I did because I am
Actually starting vacation on June 1 and won’t return until June 6. I never thought this would be a problem thus why I ordered last weekend . Anyone fill me in on best way to refill in the future to avoid these issues?

I recently signed up and it took about 8 days to get my review and notice they were sending order to Hallandale. I only ordered 1 month as I am transitioning from brand Zep so want to see how it goes. Question is if I want to reorder after I start the first month dose, when do I start the reorder process? Does that involve having to do another appt and waiting for review? Or process is much faster? Thanks!
