I’m still in limbo here. I sent pics of my vials to the care team, but no response since their request for the pictures. Does customer services work on the weekend? This is stressful, and I’d feel a lot better with some reassurance I’ll get my refund.

Ok .. so I started on 2.5 in June …. I have only lost 10 lbs in the first month. After that, I have lost nothing. My body has changed some, but absolutely no movement on the scale. I am prioritizing protein - over. 100 gms a day and i workout with strength training 3x a week. This is so frustrating for me… over 8 weeks with NO weight loss. I have been in touch with my counselor and have titrated up to 9.0 now. Still nothing. Can you be resistant to this medication? I just want the scale to move! The good news is my cholesterol is down 30 points which is fantastic! I feel great and look better but geez… i just want some weight loss. Anyone else have this issue?
I know I’m being dumb and there are likely plenty others. I ordered Hyalo right after they made it available. Other than taking three days to ship from one end of the state to the other because it took a detour (and that’s on FedEx) and arriving room temp, it’s been fine. No floaters that I can see, no lose caps. I took my third shot from my 3 month supply today.
All these posts are making me paranoid like I’m missing something wrong with it. I’m sure it’s fine, and I’m sure for every problem they’ve had there are several orders that have been fine and just not posted about. But I still want some reassurance. Anyone else with a Hyalo order that went right?
Okay so I was affected by the Hyalo contamination bs.. Reached out to support to see how to go about getting them replaced. Just heard back from support. If I want to get replacements from another pharmacy, I have to pay the difference. So if I paid 349 (75 fee and 274 for the meds) I can choose another pharmacy for 349 and not owe anything correct? I would be short by one vial because I am not paying over 100 for a different pharmacy for a 3 month supply (hate that for me because all of the vials are affected and I will now be short). Support has not answered that question as of yet. I may be a little stupid so just asking if I am correct in my thinking.
I’m reviewing the website for Tirzepatide pricing. I’m currently at 4.0 mg—would that be considered a “starter” dose or an “advanced” dose? The website doesn’t specify. I’d like to stay at 4.0 mg since I just increased it yesterday. I'm currently with a different telehealth company. The $329.00 price listed for Hallandale Pharmacy is for a 3‑month supply. My question is whether a 4.0 mg dose would actually last the full 3 months, or if I would need to reorder sooner, or if it might last longer. I’m just trying to understand what the pricing would look like based on my current dose. The website does not specify this information. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
On October 5th I ordered 3 months of Hyalo. Yesterday I messaged Pom about changing my prescription. Prescription had already been sent to the pharmacy.
This morning I received a text message from Pom asking which pharmacy I’d like to use for the replacement. They waived the $50 change fee. Thanks Pom.
Is anyone else having errors when trying to process a refund request in the portal?
I ordered six months of Hyalo through Pom and received one bad top and one under-fill.
Pom quickly sent me one new vial. When I asked why they did not send two vials I was told they were only responsible for the bad top but for the under-fill I needed to reach out to New Life.
New Life is sending me a replacement but let me know this is a “one time courtesy reshipment.”
I’m not sure why one is responsible for bad caps and one is responsible for under-filled vials. Seems like it should all have been done in one place. 🤷‍♀️
But also this means that if I order from Pom through New Life again and they have a repeat performance of under-filling vials I’m SOL on them making it right again.
Edited to add: bad top not pictured as it was quickly replaced. I added that pic in the comments for people wondering. Showing the top of the under-filled vial with the two good vials to show it wasn’t punctured or messed with.
I agree Hyalo should 100 percent get their sh** together if they want to be in this business for long and I agree everyone also deserves a right to be heard. But having said that, I genuinely want to understand, many (again many of what i have seen) of the complaints against the lid and the cap just appears people wanting free replacement/ free meds. If the cap doesnt tear off completely or if the metal is attached to the plastic cap that would be discarded anyway, how does this affect the functionality of Tirz. Genuinely asking. Again i saw some that the rubber lids were not placed etc those ones I understand but for some of these others, are people just using it as an excuse🤔
I received 3 Hyalo vials a couple weeks ago, and just opened them yesterday. All three have caps that spin. When I went to remove the cap, the metal piece that should come off with the cap stayed stuck. I sent an email to Pom support but haven’t heard back. Is there a better way to get a hold of someone?
My wife received a 3 month supply of Apothecary and it's been working very well. The BUD isn't very far out, it was 6 months from date of production which was May and she got the order in August with a BUD of November. I have an order of Hyalo that's got a BUD of May 2027. I'm wondering how Hallandale's formula and BUD compare to Hyalo since Apothecary isn't an option and Hyalo certainly has them on the BUD comparison. Pricing favors Hallandale but only on 6 month orders and even then it's only $30 over 6 months. Just curious for any input from anyone with experience on either or both. Thanks!

I started to fill out my intake form for refill when BPI came back, but it required my labs and a copy of the last prescription. By the time I got all of this ready it sold out. Now I am trying to go back and re-order from a diff pharmacy, but it keeps bringing me to the page where I left off on the website. How do I get out of that and start all over?
