No flames please, just advice re: Hallendale not working for me

Hello. I’m looking for suggestions as I’m still relatively new to this Terzepitide thing. I have been using BPI for about 6 months and have had good weight loss (almost 40 lbs) but some side effects like severe constipation and nausea. I’ve figured out some workarounds for that but decided I should at least try a month of Hallandale since it was time to refill and the BPI discontinuation is coming either way.

In my first week with Hallandale, I can already feel the food noise coming back strong and have had a few pounds of weight gain.

This is not a complaint about Hallandale and I’m really hoping I can just get some objective suggestions about other pharmacies and people’s experiences. Everyone is likely to have different responses to different pharmacies‘ compounds and additives but I wanted to see what may have worked for some folks if Hallendale wasn’t the answer for them.

I’m fine staying in the Pom ecosystem but if I have to make a change, I would look at that as well.

Just trying to learn a bit here for someone newer to all of this I.e. was the B6 additive at BPI really doing anything other than FDA differentiation? Has anyone switched to another Pom pharmacy from Halle dale with positive experience? Again, I know it will differ person to person, but all I can ask for is some ideas as I don’t want to take a big step backwards.

Thanks in advance!

Sharing my recent BPI Refill Experience

I wanted to share my recent reordering experience since I was pretty nervous after seeing all the posts about BPI processing delays.

I reordered the BPI Pharmacy Tirzepatide + B6 (3‑Month Plan) on 5/11 and paid the consultation fee.

On 5/12, my ordered was processed, I got my health summary, and I paid the invoice.

On Saturday, 5/16, I got an email saying my prescription was being filled. It shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday, 5/20.

Overall, it was a very fast turnaround, and all my stress was for nothing.

Thanks, Pom!

Optio Order Mess Up - Questions

I ordered two 71mg vials from Optio via Pom and received two 50mg vials. Has this happened to anyone else? Did they fix it for you, if so? And if yes to that, how long did it take for the mistake to be corrected?

This is the first time I have had this happen, so I’m just curious with how good Pom is at correcting the issue. I sent an email and I want to be patient for them as I know it’s busy, busy, busy.

If it matters, my Optio came via Enovex. Still 4ml vials, but 12.5mg/ml instead of the usual 17.65mg/ml.

Thanks,

Optio Turnaround

Has anyone ordered Optio recently? I’m wondering what the current turnaround time is with all the BPI order processing hoopla. EDITED to add: hoping to hear from folks that have ordered in the past week to 10 days.

Pomegranate is rotten

I had been calling and emailing them about my order. Not getting any updates or tracking number. Just the run around. Their customer service is horrendous. Promise of call backs. Of looking into the delays. Radio silence. This is not how to do or keep business. If they can’t fulfill my rs at BPI, then move on to the next place that can. They sure had no issues taking my money

OptioRx Questions

I just placed a refill order earlier and this time I decided to go with OptioRx and get the 71mg deal. My question is how does their shipping work? Ive never used them before. This is my 1st time. Ive used BPI and Hallandale and I really wanted to try to Optio cause Ive heard a lot of great reviews & saw they have a pharmacy in my state. Plus I thought the 71mg vial was a good deal. Who do they ship with? Fedex or UPS and how long does it normally take once the script is sent over to them.

Refills

As a new customer I am a bit confused on the refill
Process. I choose Hallendale. I only purchased 1 month originally to see how it worked. I was a previous brand user of Zep. So I started at 12mg.
Last weekend I went in and placed a 3 month order.
Yesterday I got a message that since my first vial was shipped May 4, they can’t ship my next vial until June 1? Isn’t that cutting it a bit close for running out? Also I advised them I ordered when I did because I am
Actually starting vacation on June 1 and won’t return until June 6. I never thought this would be a problem thus why I ordered last weekend . Anyone fill me in on best way to refill in the future to avoid these issues?

Been over the moon on my progress. Gym, running, hot yoga, and just not eating if not hungry. Have been really love it. Currently at a dose of 10units weekly and feel great. Actually going to hit the weight that has been on my license for years haha.

Should I go ahead and request a refill?

I got a 3m supply from BPI in April. Almost finished with my first bottle so I have at least 2m worth of doses left.

With everything going on though.....

Was thinking about getting 6m worth just in case there are delays, but don't want to pay the 75$ if I'm just going to be told that it's too early to get more.

Would like to know what others are doing. If you had any problems getting more a little early or what.

frustrating communications, incorrect Hallandale delivery

Kind of annoying. I re-upped with Hallandale when the BPI thing no longer showed 6 month refills/seemed to be on the way out. I didn't want niacinamide, so this seemed to be the way to go if I stayed with POM. I reached out to them on the refill request and mentioned I'd been at 9.5 for months (titrating up from zero in the fall following a clinical trial on cagrisema), and had experienced no effects until some very mild effects on 9.5. I assumed I needed to escalate dose again. NP agreed, but for some reason set the first two months to be the same 9.5 before starting an escalation (why? I've been on it for months already). I wrote back immediately asking... no response for days and the response was essentially and apology for delay and a reiteration of the NP's schedule of dosing for the refills. I was trying to get this dealt with before it was filled.

No comms about it being filled (nothing actually revised in Charm or a note of the order being filled). I simply received a receipt for the transaction and had no idea it was shipping until yesterday (it showed up today). Insult to injury: the flex dose package sent by Halandale sent two 4ML vials, so now I only have enough to cover 8 9.5mg doses. I would guess if they actually respond and adjust, it'll incur new charges, otherwise I'll run out of meds before the next set comes in 2 months. Anyway... grumble over... not sure if I'll stick with this service in the future as they seem utterly overwhelmed and can't keep up with comms in a responsive way.

Intake 5/18, received meds 5/20

I kept checking their website and my email, waiting for the notification that the pharmacy (Hallenback) received the rx, was preparing it, was shipping it? Not sure what I was expecting because I'm new, but I was expecting something in 7-10 days like they said.

Imagine my surprise when I received the delivery! I was expecting my new glasses today, not this!

Challenges resolving issues

I just found this forum and It seems like maybe with this company when everything is going fine, It works fine but when there’s any issues, there are challenges getting them resolved.

I have been having the most frustrating and slowest e-mail exchange ( like over 2 weeks now!) with them and the customer service person I’m emailing with is actually kind of rude. I had changed my address in the system and a couple weeks later they sent a shipment to my old address. As soon as I realized this happened, I contacted customer service and they said that I should’ve called them. …which makes no sense since nothing with this company has been over the phone and with any other company on the planet when you change your address, that’s the address they use. They also doubled down that they had my old address still in the system; to which I responded with a screenshot of the correct address in their system. Then she emailed me back and asked me if I could go back to my old apartment to try to get it -which at this point it had been missing for weeks so would be completely melted anyway. Now they’re saying they’re waiting for the pharmacy to get back to them “where the fault lies here as we did not receive any address update prior sending the medication to the pharmacy for processing.” I have also tried to call, but can’t get through to anyone as I just get that voicemail and nobody returned my call.

Does anybody have any ideas of what I should do in the situation? I’m wondering if maybe I should contact the credit card company?

Sharing my Experience.

I just wanted to share my experience with Tirzepatide. I started on May 3rd with 2.5mg. At that time, I weighed 237.7 lbs. As of today, May 19th, I weigh 224.4 lbs.

I changed some of my eating habits, especially portion sizes. I haven’t started going to the gym yet, but I will soon. I feel really good overall and haven’t had any negative side effects except constipation, and I’ve been taking Metamucil for that.

On 2.5mg, I honestly haven’t felt much food suppression. I feel like I’ve lost weight this quickly mostly because of the changes in my diet. Lots of water and lots of protein. Before the injections, I usually wouldn’t feel hungry for breakfast until midday, but my nutritionist recommended that I start drinking a protein shake in the morning, and that has helped me a lot.

On week 4, I’m supposed to move up to 5.0mg, but right now I’m so focused and disciplined that I honestly don’t feel like I need to increase the dose yet.

I bought a 3-month supply from BPI Labs and received 70mg total.

If anyone has questions, is new to this, or has any recommendations, I’d be happy to answer and hear your experiences too.

BPI Tirz acting like Sema?

My partner and I are both having a very strange reaction to our newest vial of BPI’s Tirz, ordered after the announcement that they would not be available much longer. Background: we did Semaglutide through a different provider and it worked for about four months and then it just started to take us super nauseous (ie: lots of dry heaves but no real appetite suppression). After a year long break, we decided to try Tirz through BPI starting around December. We have had great success and I have generally loved the appetite suppression and extra surge of energy I seemed to be getting.

But a week ago we did shots from a newly arrived vial. We both had very busy weeks; she was away from home for most of the time. I reacted to this vial almost exactly as I reacted to Sema: dry heaves from the second day on (ANY smell will trigger it) and super minimal appetite suppression. My partner just returned and mentioned that she also had thrown up multiple times; she did not want to eat so she would not have to throw up, but she was very hungry. Is there any way in heck there could be some kind of mixup at BPI? I had such adverse reactions the last several weeks of Sema a year ago: I do not want to go through that again.

Maybe I am paranoid. Maybe we both have a stomach bug. But this is so similar to our reaction to Semaglutide that I am concerned.

Anyone else experiencing this? Or am I just nutso? TIA for sharing experience and/or advice.

New user

Hi everyone, I'm going to start this by saying that I live in Massachusetts in case that matters. I just tried to do an order for a terrizepatide three refills.com and they have been absolutely atrocious to deal with no customer support etc. It's been 10 days. Can someone tell me if pomegranate health is user friendly and if anybody else who is on 15 mg of trizepatide what the cost is?!

Auto ship?

I got a text from The Pharmacy Hub that I had a new shipment. I cannot find anything on my Charm health portal about a payment or order. I also cannot figure out who to contact about this. Any ideas or help would be great. Thanks!

Can someone explain this order?

I’m a loyal fan of BPI & Pom, and was able to place an order after the announcement was made.

I ordered 6 months of max dose. I previously have received 6 vials, each containing 60mg Tirzepatide as 20mg/3ml.

Yesterday I received an email stating Pharmacy Hub is preparing the following for me.

Can someone help me understand?
Tirzepatide+B6 - BPI 17mg/10mg/ml - 4ml 17mg/10mg/ml
4 mL · 5
Tirzepatide+B6 - BPI 10mg/10mg/ml - 3ml 10mg/10mg/ml
3 mL · 8
