(Visual) Voicemail question/confusion

For context, if it matters, I ahve a Galaxy S26 Ultra, primary is WARP and second esim is Light Speed.

My voicemail has been acting weird lately. I fixed it but I wasn't getting any notifcations of me receiving any voicemails whether is was thorugh Visual Voicemail or not. Witin my SIM settings I had my CALLS set to WARP (my primary), Messages also set to WARP and my Mobile Data set to Light Speed (my second sim which is an esim) because at work, I get a much stronger signal.

I've been applying to jobs and also have been recievng calls from family with no sign of the visual voicemail icon showing up in the notifcation tray let alone any sign that people have been leaving me voicemails. I did contact support on the website. THey had helped me reset my voicemail password but that was it, not other kind of help or tips. Turns out my voicemail was turned off and the password was reset. So, early, I reset my voicemail password back to what it was by going through the menu when you dial *86 etc etc.

Here's my main concern, that was my recent issue, but there was a time when my voicemail was working with the reset password of 1234 (by custoemr service) where I could dial *86 to listen to my voicemails. Again no notifcation indicating I ahd a voicemail... Why would my voicemail/visual voicemail if my MOBILE DATA was set to my secondary Light Speed and my CALLS were set to my primary? If the CALLS are set to priamry wouldn't that mean nothing should have changed regarding voicemail notifications? It's calls, not Moble data... When I went into my SIM settings on the phone, it said that my Primary sim was Light Speed when that's only used for my Data? Then what's the difference betwwne Calls and Mobile data?

Seems like I can't have my Light Speed set as my Priamry data while WARP handles the Calls and voicemails.
