Not my vehicle, just a little play on the what do I drive trend. What is it and could you drive it?

My parents are restoring a 66 convertible. What do we need to do to adjust the passenger door window? When rolled up all the way it’s an inch too high at the back compared to the rear vent window. Shown in second picture. Also it leans back against the vent window.
