🚨NWA🚨

Some opportunities in collecting only come once.

When this piece became available, I knew I couldn’t let it pass.

To make it happen, a few of my collection had to go, watches I genuinely enjoyed and memories I valued. But sometimes one watch changes the direction of the entire collection.

This wasn’t just another addition. It became the piece.

The one that makes you rethink what you really want in a collection.

No regrets. Just gratitude for the journey that brought this to my wrist.

Seiko Perpetual for Me. What R U Wearing?

Went with my favorite Seiko today. The Perpetual Calendar Quartz. This watch does it all. Day/Date/Month/LeapYear/24Hr/Chronograph/Alarm/SmallSeconds. It’s absolutely crazy.

Breaking out the GP

Vintage Girard-Perregaux Alarm I picked up in Brussels. I think this one is late 1950’s. Pairs well with a NATO strap.

Rise & Grind

Anyone else wear their daily through absolutely anything? I will admit, if I know hands are going in tight spaces, I take it off. But for the most part she's always on

New Watch Day!

TIMEX Waterbury fly back chrono with an aftermarket single pass NATO.

The case is definitely in the right price tier, but the dial and complication punch well above their weight. The fly back is fun, I dig the “hidden” GMT function, and the way the hands move from chrono to regular mode is mesmerizing. All for less than $300!

If anyone knows of a similar layout at a higher level of finishing please let me know in the comments. I’m now wanting a more refined chrono but this is gonna be a fun one to knockabout with!

Admiring the dial while having a beer

It's kind of an overcast day and the omiwatari dial is mesmerising in those light conditions

Still loving it!

OK, so I only got this watch in the beginning of April but every time I put it on, I fall in love with it again! Whether it’s on the bracelet, sailcloth, or leather, I just love the look of it!

What’s on your wrist? Song title Wednesday!

What song title describes the watch you’re wearing today or your feelings towards it? Mine is Around the World by Daft Punk and the watch Is my Lesablier world timer. What about you?
