Thinking of purchasing an Ultra Luxury es300h. Carfax reveals rack and pinion replacement at 25,500 miles. Should I be concerned?

I’m looking at a cpo with 32k miles listed for $46,500. Currently drive a 2007 es350 loaded (103,000 miles) which I may keep but need updated tech. Love that this cpo has the ul trim. Is this a fair price? Any input on this vehicle? I tend to keep cars for the duration so welcome any and all input.
