Marine Epaulettes Question
I'm currently working on my own One Piece OC Vice Admiral Shiki, but I'm struggling to figure out the correct color epaulettes (the shoulder pads with tassels) for the vice admirals rank, is there an actual color for them or is it just pick a color and continue kinda deal?
