Last night's Texas Flashlight Club's meeting was so lit!
Sharing some pictures from our TFC meeting last night. The best part is when curious onlookers walk up to be enlightened, while a bunch of us are busy wrangling photons.

Self-defense from snakes!
Without a flashlight in hand when out and about in the woods, you might step right on top of a Copperhead. We spotted this beauty gliding on the trail in front of us right after sunset before it moved off.

Night walks (Throw vs Flood)
Sharing beamshots of two of my favorites, a complete flooder and a thrower, in my collection that I can comfortably carry at the same time on a long night walk. They complement each other pretty well. This is still a lot of light to be carrying on you, but atleast this does not leave me wanting anything more.
