Just got my steam controller today, super excited and I’m loving it so far. Prior to, I was using an Xbox controller and I had the Steam button Chord configured to clip using my third-party clipping software via a keybinding (CTRL F9)

However, for some reason and it’s exclusive to the new controller, I can’t use my modified Steam Button Chord configurations nor can I edit the Config of the controller. It automatically resets to default controls upon making any changes.

Anyone else having that problem? You can easily check by going to advanced controller settings and going Down to the bottom. Change any button binding.

TLDR: Steam button Chord cant be modified for the new controller for some reason.
