Serpentine Belt replacement after only 20K

I have a 2015 and I had my Timing Belt Tensioner, Serp belt and water pump belt replaced at 95K in Aug 2024 (San Francisco). Now at 112K a different shop since I moved to Vegas is saying my Serp belt is "worn out, discolored or cracked". I don't see how it could be that bad in less than 2 years, 17K miles.

I may see slight fraying but it's hard to tell. Definitely don't want to pay for something I don't need yet.

EDIT: Got a better picture and the belt looks fine, it was the pulley(?) that I was seeing.

UPDATE: Took my car to another shop, they visually inspected it and found it to be in good condition. No need to replace. They provided me with pictures as well.
