3 Month Old Kitten, i need desperate advice
So i took in a kitten a few months back (a stray left him/her on my door step, we arent sure of the gender) but last weekend i left the kitten in the care of my neighbor for 2 days while i went with family for mothers day weekend, when i get back the kitten is as excited as usual so i think everything is alright but a few days later the kitten is throwing up and not eating (but still drinking lots of water) and is acting more sluggish then they normally are and now their ribs are showing and i cant even get them to open their mouth to eat, ive tried warm milk bottles but nothing is working, i dont have money to take them to the vet and ive talked with local clinics and humane society and all have either denied help or have offered to euthanize them, i dont want it to come to that, so any advice would be greatly appreciated
i would also like to add the stray who left the kitten at my door step slipped into are house one day and attacked the kitten so im not sure if its just depression or an injury i cant see
