Anyone working at US Mobile?
I currently work at IBEX, Walmart chats, and am thinking about switching to US Mobile. There's no particular reason aside from pay. I heard that they pay higher than ibex, and I currently make around 95k a month with incentives and stuff, but with the recent fuel price increases and everything getting more expensive. it's getting harder to continue and now they also plan to introduce an AI agent which sole purpose would be to make our jobs harder i think, and because of that i was thinking about switching, Because aside from that, my experience at Ibex has been pleasant, it may be because I got a good supervisor or maybe because I can maintain the required KPI's with little to no issue, or maybe because it's my first job, but i have enjoyed my time (6 months) here.
to give some context about myself, i am just about to turn 20 and am currently waiting for my FA's result before applying to a UNI, not sure which one, I live in karachi and as for my skills, i have basic marketing skills, basic cyber security and basic (canva) graphics designing, content writing (fictional novels), i have also dabbled into Business but that didn't go very well.
So my questions are, how is the work culture there? Are they hiring? Can I apply based on matric? What is the pay? Should I even try? Or is there some other place that I can look into?
