Went to NC for a wedding and my sister in law asked me "is this rootbound?"

The taking of this picture was followed by around 4 or 5 hours of volunteering gardening work repotting this beauty. At the end it split into 10 pots with a mix of orchid bark and mulch with some perlite thrown in to let it breath.

Apparently my heat exhaustion spread to my phone because all of the photos I took between finishing and when I got overheated to the point of losing my lunch got corrupted...strange coincidence

What's going on with this clipping I got?

I was giving a couple of pothos clippings a few weeks ago and i put them in the hanging water propagation thing and let them sit. I was looking at them today and I noticed they are all covered with these little bumps. First pothos and newish to houseplants so I figured I'd ask for someone with more knowledge for help?

So, what's going on and what should I know/ do about it?

Its been quarantined from my other plants since I brought it in

My wife just walked up to me, bowl in hand, and said "please sir, may I have some more?"
