How to stop weird senders/ emails

Had a weird email today from a mail-express@mailexpress.com domain with 2 attached files, one was a .bin file and another was a pdf with inbox-rules-e6f54afc(losts of more numbers) as the titles.

When i clicked on the person's profile it was a @4bass.com domain.

I didnt click any of the files or download anything, i only opened the email.

It also had a quote:

"The little things we do with care can quietly shape how others remember us.

Sometimes a small detail says more than a long explanation ever could."

(Which creeped me tf out lol)

Phishing Email in focused inbox

Had this really weird email in my focused box, i opened the email but I didn't click on any of the files as I know not to touch them.

Anyone else received an email like this?

(I have no idea where my email is getting leaked from)
