I currently have a job working for the state and enjoy it but always have feelers out for new opportunities. Jeffco SO is hiring for a position that would be a step up in salary but looking at their benefits they don’t seem as good as the state plus sadly the position is fully in-office and i’m currently spoiled with a hybrid position at the state. Can anyone provide their experience working for Jeffco and/or Jeffco Sheriff’s Office specifically? Pay, benefits, PTO, workplace satisfaction, management, etc? Anything else someone should keep in mind when considering a career shift to Jeffco?? Thank you all so much in advance!
